Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that cannot be returned:

Downloadable software products
Personal care items or hygiene-related products
Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, processing may already have started and cancellation may not be possible.
